5 Motivation Affirmations For Fitness

We all struggle to find our motivation, there’s no reason to be upset about that. Sometimes we need a little bit of help to figure out where our motivation needs to come from. So, if you’re struggling to figure it out, I’ve provided 5 easy to remember morning affirmations. Say these affirmations every morning to remind yourself why you’re still motivated to exercise.
1) I Am Motivated Because: My Family Loves Me
It’s true, your family really does love you. They love you so much that they want you to be around for many years to come. They want you to have a future and to grow and love and live. If you love your family as they love you, take the time to exercise and keep that body healthy. Exercise has been shown to be a great way of fighting off health issues. Think that exercise will take time away from your family? Take them with you!
2) I Am Motivated Because: Sickness Will Struggle
By ensuring that you are exercising and keeping your health up you’ll be reinforcing your immune system and your body. Exercise is one of the best ways to protect yourself from all different kinds of sickness and disease. Yes, it’s true that there are certain diseases that can impact you no matter how healthy you are, but why let all of the other sicknesses and easy route in to your body?
3) I Am Motivated Because: I Conquer Goals
You are someone who achieves the goals you give yourself. By getting to the gym today you’ve already taken the meaningful step towards proving that to yourself. You’ve already set yourself up to conquer those fitness goals. Here’s the greatest thing though; by consistently conquering your goals in the gym, you’ll start to conquer goals that you have outside of the gym. Once you achieve that mindset of a conquering hero, nothing will stand in your way.
4) I Am Motivated Because: I Like Being Surprised
You started this journey of fitness and weight loss so you could wear that swimsuit, that dress, that suit. Perfect reason to start, somewhere during your journey though, you forgot about those goals. You got complacent and started to slack off. You, however are someone who like to be surprised. Your body can give you one of the most amazing surprises ever, as long as you commit to staying focused on your goals. Before you know it, you’ll look at yourself and you won’t even recognize who you’re looking at. That’s a surprise to stay motivated for!
5) I Am Motivated Because: I Have A Working Body
Yep, strange reason to be motivated. But hear me out with this one. Having a body that you can control, that you can grow with, and exercise. Is a gift that you should cherish at all times. There are plenty of people out there that don’t have the ability exercise their body. Be grateful for every single movement that your body can perform.
