A Challenge For A New Month

Ok, August is almost over. If you’re in the US, we’re anywhere from 5-7 months into this “virus lockdown”, and you may be starting to feel the effects of binge mentality (both Netflix and eating). But now it’s time to really buckle down and make that change you’ve been talking about. So, I propose a little challenge to anyone who reads this.

Commit to making September your month of change. Take the next 30 days and drop some excess weight and start getting in to the shape you want to be in. I’m sure after all those snack sesh’s you could probably benefit from this. No, I’m not saying this to offend you, in fact, I’m saying this because many of us have blind spots and need that extra push.

So, what do you say?

You Ready?

Good! Take a look at the steps below.  1) Cut The Bread:

Honestly, this is such a simple hack to do. Cutting bread from your diet for 30 days is an extremely easy way to cut carbs and calories from your diet and accelerate that fat loss you’ve been looking for. 2) Weekly Workouts:

Over the course of the next 30 days, I want you to really focus your efforts on getting some exercise in. I don’t expect you to exercise every single day, but commit to 5 days a week. What's important here is the mindset you have when you’re exercising. Train like your life depends on it, train like you’re going to the Olympics, put every ounce of effort that you can muster into those 5 days.  3) Kick Sugar:

If you want to make a huge difference in the amount of fat that you’re holding on to, cutting sugar out of your diet is going to be your best friend. Take the next 30 days to cut out all of the additional sugar in your diet, all the sweeteners and even cut back on any sweet fruits that you’re eating. Yes this is going to be difficult at first, but the quick change you’ll see in your body is going to be a fantastic motivator.

4) Balance Your Protein and Veggies:

We’ve cut enough stuff out of your diet, now we need to focus on what you can and should eat. Make sure your meals are balanced with the appropriate amount of veggies and protein. For your proteins, make sure you’re sticking with organic non gmo meat (roasted, baked or grilled) avoid fried meat at all costs. In terms of your veggies, stay away from starchy veggies and stick to fiber filled veggies. 5) Commit:

I’ve said this before, and it’s never going to change. The fastest way to get into shape is to commit, fully and whole-heartedly. You can start by taking this 30 day challenge.

If this 30 day challenge isn’t enough commitment for you. Or if you’re looking to make a bigger change than that. One of my fitness programs is going to be a perfect fit for you.
