Hey, I get it. 2020 has been a crazy year so far. It’s easy to feel stressed right now. You’re not alone, most of the world is feeling stressed.
Stress is inevitable, it’s something that’s hard wired within our bodies. Unfortunately, it seems that stress is even more prominent in our modern times. Nobody is immune to it either, you could be the richest person in the world, a business owner, a kindergarten teacher, it doesn’t matter. We all have stress to deal with.
Here’s the thing though, you don’t have to let stress get the best of you. There are ways to battle stress in your day to day life. That way you can get back to living a more relaxed life.
So, how do you turn your stress filled life in to a life of peaceful bliss?
The best scientifically proven weapon to combat stress; Exercise!
Sweat the Stress Out
Yes, you can actually sweat the stress out of your system. By exercising you increase your body's production of endorphins. Endorphins are responsible for good moods. You know, like the good mood you get in after winning a competition.
Which Exercise?
Great question! Knowing that exercise can help you combat that stress you’re feeling is great, but naturally you’re going to want to know what exercises are best to reduce stress. That’s the best part honestly, because; any exercise you enjoy will work! Yep, you read that right. Any exercise that you enjoy doing will help you reduce your stress. Honestly, any exercise will work.
Tear Down Walls
Are you exercising every day and still not getting that stress relief you’re looking for? Maybe you’ve hit a wall. Not with your stress, but your exercise. We all eventually hit a wall or plateau if we’ve been doing similar exercises for an extended period of time. If you’ve been going to the gym consistently and that isn’t working to reduce your stress, maybe try a different form of exercise.
I want to help all of you not only achieve the body and life of your dreams, but also live a life with low stress.
