How To Dominate A Fitness Challenge


If you want to see a dramatic improvement in your body and your fitness level, one of the best things you can possibly do (experienced or not) is to participate in a fitness challenge. It’s a great way to take a very hard look at where you currently stand as far as your fitness level, weight and conditioning goes. All with an end date for you to see massive changes and progress.

 

The question here is, can you actually stick to it? Truly and completely commit to sticking to the fitness challenge? Will you be able to stick to the diet plan and not be tempted to go grab a quick sugary snack? Will you show up every single day to do your workouts, even though your muscles are sore and your whole-body aches?

I believe you do! The big thing here is being able to believe it yourself. 

The key to your success is to be truly uneasy with your current shape. You need to understand and ac acknowledge that the body you have no longer matches up to the body you are able to accept as yours. 

You have had obstacles that have gotten in your way in the past, all of these in some way have honestly, been an excuse for why YOU have the body that YOU ACCEPT. 

So let me ask you this:

This might come as a shock to you, but I really need you to understand what I’m about to say to you. 

You already have everything you need to completely and utterly dominate a fitness challenge. 

You just need to take responsibility for the body you have today. 

You’re in the shape you’re in Today because, until right now, you’ve been OK with the body you have. 

Now that you’re finally ready to change what you accept. Here are 3 tips to dominate that fitness challenge and finally find that “AFTER” body

Be Uneasy

Your emotion dictates any sort of motion in your life. That includes any fitness related motion. To actually transform your body, you must first choose that you can’t live another day with the body that you’ve let yourself accept. 

Get those emotions fired up, get them boiling. Make a list of all the reasons you’re ready to lose the weight. Get uneasy with where you’ve let yourself be. 

Find Your New You

Now that you’ve taken the time to become truly uneasy with where you are and where you’ve let yourself get to. Take the time to really focus on what your new body looks like. Focus on the upgraded body that you can accept. 

It’s very important that you are super specific with this process. There are no “Abouts” here no “Maybe” no “Possibly” the only acceptable thing here is solid info. 


How much weight do you want to lose?

  • 40 Pounds (Not about 30-40)



How many inches do you want to lose off your waist? 

  • 6 inches (Not about 6)



What size do you want to be in when you're at your “After” body?

  • Size 8 (Not anything under a 10)


Get a clear, solid, focused picture of what you’ll look like in your “AFTER” picture. 

Make It So

You’ve done the prep work. You’ve accepted a new you, and kicked the old you to the curb. Now is the time to MAKE IT SO, and take action. The time that you spend between now, and actually taking action to get it done will determine if you actually succeed or not. Do not allow yourself to fail. Do not allow yourself to get stuck and not take action. DO NOT CONTINUE TO ACCEPT YOUR BEFORE BODY!!
