Many of us are the worst adversaries of our own self-love and health. We criticize ourselves for not being talented enough or physically healthy enough. It's easy to believe that we could get our bodies to where they should be if we only had more motivation and determination.
But when you think about it, this is an impossible way for us to operate—because there's no way that anyone can always be motivated and determined. Even if your goal was something like losing five pounds, what do you think would happen if every time your body weight went up by one pound, you judged yourself harshly? Or worse yet—if every time it went down by one pound (or failed to go down), did the same thing? Your best-case scenario would probably mean constantly feeling terrible about yourself; your worst case scenario could lead towards eating disorders or even depression!
Fuel your workouts & your body throughout the day.
If you want to be fit and healthy, it’s important to fuel your body with nutritious foods. You should make sure to eat enough food throughout the day so that you don’t get hungry during workouts.

Eat small meals throughout the day instead of eating three large meals. This will help prevent blood sugar levels from dropping too low or rising too high, which can cause fatigue and nausea.
Make sure to avoid sugary drinks like soda, fruit juice and even some sports drinks because they can lead to weight gain over time. Instead, drink water or unsweetened tea/coffee/non-dairy milk (such as coconut milk) instead!
Find what works for you.
The most important thing to work on is finding what works for you. Don't be afraid to experiment and try new things, but don't be afraid to fail either. This is a journey that will take time, so don't rush it! There is no race to the finish line.
