Why is this tip so important you ask? Here's the sad truth about gym goers; over 90% of them fail to achieve their goals, even after a full year of time spent in the gym. 

That doesn’t need to be the case, not for them. Not for you.

 

I believe that you deserve to get the best results possible from your efforts and your time invested.

YOUR results are EQUAL to the level of INTENSITY in YOUR workout!

It’s that simple, and yes, it is completely in your control.

 

Ok, so what does it mean? 


Well, simply put; If you just spend your time at the gym going through the motions, and staying comfortable, then your results will always show as a hope and a dream. 

So, what exactly is intensity?  Intensity is a direct measure of how much energy you’re expending while exercising. Basically, the harder you push yourself, the higher your intensity levels. If you simply go through the motions of your routine, without pushing yourself and hitting those limits of exertion, your workout is a low intensity workout. And your results; low intensity results.  We’ve already covered how increasing your intensity can produce much more impressive results for you. There are two more benefits that are important to note as well. 


Intensity = Time


If you increase your intensity during your workout, you’ll be able to shorten the time you actually exercise. This means less time sweating at the gym and more time for other things you love to do. 

Supercharged Results


The other awesome thing about increasing your intensity is the “after-burn” that you’ll get. Without getting all science nerd on you guys, this simply means that you’ll continue to burn off extra calories even after you’ve gotten home, showered and continued on with your day. Never, NEVER sacrifice proper form just to increase your intensity. If you feel that your form is starting to suffer, lower the intensity levels until your form is back in control.
