Getting Rid Of The Mama Pooch!

So many women constantly ask for a spot treatment for the “Mama pooch” they now have since having kids!

When I was pregnant women told me constantly “wait till you have kids and you get that mama pooch, then you’ll understand”. Then I had an emergency c-section with Rei - SUPER unexpected - and the comments got even worse! From women who were supposed to be “helping me / making me feel better”. It turned into, “ oh now you will NEVER get rid of your mom pooch it's almost impossible after having a c-section” Now in the beginning these comments 1000% hurt me. I was honestly thinking like “shit how the heck am I going to get rid of this mama pooch? I can’t have this!” I felt TERRIBLE about my postpartum body for a LONG time! I was EMBARRASSED to do anything and cried when getting dressed EVERY F**KING DAY! Then I thought, well there is NO way that EVERY SINGLE mama who had a c-section has that mama pooch they cant get rid of. So if others can do it why can’t I? I made getting rid of my mama pooch a mission. Something I NEEDED to accomplish because I KNEW I was capable of anything I put my mind to. Welp fast forward to today!

I am here to tell you from experience, there is no magic supplement, there are no magic exercises to get rid of it, it takes HARD work and DEDICATION. Doing millions of core exercises daily to get rid of it is NOT how to handle it. You have to be mindful of what you are putting into your body! If you are putting shit into your body you will get shit results! Diet is so freaking important. You can't out-train a poor diet! Diet is 80% of your progress and results. You have to change your lifestyle and make healthier decisions overall! Stay away from added SUGARS and processed foods! They will literally KILL you! They are the enemy when it comes to trying to change your body for the better. So cut them as soon as you do, you will also notice a HUGE difference in your belly area!

PEACE LOVE & HAPPINESS. LOVE THE SKIN YOU'RE IN. #BBTE
