Welcome To My Blog

Hi everyone, so for those who have been following me you know I took a little break from blogging to work a little more on the personal training aspect of the business, well I'M BACK AT IT! I wanted to just give everyone a little information about myself, an update on where I am currently at, and how the blog will be set up going forward!

I am currently 27 years old and the sole proprietor of a small personal training business, a full-time mother, and a full-time student. What exactly does that mean you might ask? Well, it means: I am determined, exhausted, successful, inspirational, and most of all HAPPY. I am writing this blog to help others day to day and vent on how my days might go! Being a small business owner is HARD. Being a Parent/Mama is HARD! And being a full-time student is HARD! If I am being honest, while juggling all three, some days SEEM IMPOSSIBLE, but shit

I am doing it! This blog will NOT be censored, and some of the posts might be post that make you squeamish, but they will be REAL, and they will be RAW.

Many make a living building someone else's business or further someone else’s dream: I chose to build, further, and chase MY dream. I have changed my path a few times, although always with similar ideas and similar fields. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy helping others and seeing their growth, development and overall happiness. Their results make me as happy as if they were my own. Their dedication, their confidence, and their ability to change their entire lifestyle is what keeps me going. I am currently in the process of transitioning to focus more on distance training! I have always offered it, but haven't focused on it heavily until recently. I have had the AMAZING opportunity to help over 150 people in the last 5.5 years completely transform their lives!

I have run my entire life on trial and error. I do not know everything there is to know, but I am pretty darn knowledgeable in what I do and am ALWAYS willing to learn more! My goal is to help others change their life, help stop the obesity epidemic and help people learn to truly love the skin they are in. I hope to inspire many but change the lives of thousands…millions…billions. Your support along the way whether you know me or not means more to me than you will ever know. I LOVE participation from my followers!

Mama's be ready for posts on Mondays. Anything that is geared toward being a mother and parenting will be posted on Mondays! I will call these Mama Mondays posts! If you are looking for wellness posts, get ready for Wellness Wednesdays! These posts will be geared toward overall health and wellness. They will include meal prep tips, recipes, supplement reviews, self-care routines and so much more! Finally, Those interested in fitness-oriented posts be ready for posts on Fridays! Fridays will be Fitness Fridays! Look for a workout that will really kick your butt? A fitness myth debunked, or even just easy ways to stay active Fridays are your days! And if you are looking for ALL THREE! Stay posted on all three days! Subscribe, so you NEVER miss a post! 2019 is going to be epic! I feel it!

I am continually looking for more content, I am always looking for guest posts, and so much interaction! So feel free ALWAYS to email, message, comment, and text me with any and all questions.
