So for #fitnessfriday I decided to throw up a quick video of 3 of my favorite leg exercises. Stiff leg deadlifts is quite possibly my FAVORITE leg exercise! Quick but effect leg routine including my 3 faves!⁣

4 x 15 Good Mornings (SS) Rainbow Kicks⁣ 4 x 15 Stiff Deadlift (SS) Squat Pulse⁣ 3 x 15 Sumo Deadlift (SS) Walking Lunge⁣ 4 x 15 Hip Thrust (SS) Jump Squat⁣
