Good evening everyone! So I have noticed a lot of my recipes call for roasted garlic. So I decided to do a quick post on how I pre-make my roasted garlic for all those recipes it is incorporated in! Enjoy!

Roasted Garlic Ingredients: 4 Bulbs of Elephant Garlic (You can also use
regular garlic) 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt 1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel off the outer layer of skin on bulbs. Do not separate cloves. Slice the top and the bottom of the entire bulb off exposing the cloves. Drizzle your olive oil over the bulbs. Sprinkle your sea salt and pepper over the top of the bulbs. Wrap each individual bulb in a small piece of tinfoil tightly. Place in oven for 30 to 45 minutes depending upon the strength of your oven. The cloves should be a deep yellow/brown color and softened enough to break apart with a fork.
You can add this to many different recipes, or you can just eat plain! I use this roasted garlic for a lot of recipes because it gives my meals much better flavor. I recommend using your roasted garlic the same day or within a 24-48 hour period for the best flavor! Keep wrapped in tinfoil it cooked in; place in a baggie, and you can store in the refrigerator for later use. It is a super simple but great way to deepen the flavor of tons of meals! Enjoy guys!

PEACE LOVE & HAPPINESS. LOVE THE SKIN YOU'RE IN. #BBTE
