Exercise Routine To Help Reduce Appearance of Cellulite!

I have had a few people ask what exercises specifically will help with the appearance of cellulite. Now while there is no such thing as spot reduction there are certain exercises that will help with the appearance of cellulite depending on where you have it. I decided to share a routine you can do body weight and will still notice a difference even over 2 short weeks! This workout will require 30-45 minutes of dedicated time to finish, but its quick, simple, sweet and to the point. Perform this workout Monday, Wednesday & Friday for the next two weeks. Take a photo and see a difference! Want to get the most out of this challenge? Try cutting out ALL; fried foods, added sugars, fast foods, junk foods, candy, soda, cheese and cream for this 2-week span as well! And for an even tougher challenge increase your water intake to 80-128 oz of water daily. You will be absolutely surprised at what the human body is capable of in even such a short period of time! Warm-Up: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 15-second break. Arm circles to front Arm circles to back Jumping Jacks Arm hugs Jog in place High knees Butt kicks
Work-Out: Circuit One: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 30-second break. Squat Jacks Push-Ups - (Modified if needed) Plie Squat Push-Up Hold Backward Burpee Shoulder Taps Regular Burpee Repeat 3x Circuit Two: Perform each exercise as instructed followed by 30-second break between exercises. Focus on really engaging/squeezing glutes at the top of each exercise. Pistol Squat - 15 Each Leg Side Lunge - 15 Each Leg Walking Lunge - 15 Each Leg Elevated Lunge Jump - 15 Each Leg Donkey Kicks - 15 Each Leg Fire Hydrant - 15 Each Leg Glute Bridge - 20 Single Leg Glute Bridge - 15 Each Leg Repeat 3x
