Hey Everyone! I wont even take any more of your time! This post is short and sweet! I am here to kick your ass (in a good way of course!) Ha Ha Ha So here is one of my favorite HIIT workouts ever! It is super hard! I feel like every time I do it I am literally dying! Start by doing this for one round if you simply can't do anymore then work your way up to two rounds and finally three rounds.
You should perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 20-second Rest. For killer workout repeat this circuit 3 times! Let's just say I was EXTREMELY out of breath and felt EXTREMELY out of shape! ha ha ha
